The Bridge hosts 24 units of low rent housing in Steinbach for individuals experiencing poverty in our community. One of those units is set aside for transitional housing.

The application process for The Bridge is now open!

Eligible tenants must meet the income limits as per the MHRC guidelines. Rent rates for the units are set as per the MHRC guidelines found at https://www.gov.mb.ca/housing/progs/pil.html

APPLICATION FORM

After completing form, please submit proof of income with your application. This could be a copy of your EIA budget letter, copy of your income tax summary or Option C proof of income for all people in your household.
