THE BRIDGE

The Bridge hosts 24 units of low rent housing in Steinbach for individuals experiencing poverty in our community. One of those units is set aside for transitional housing.

The application process for The Bridge is now open!
Prospective tenants for bachelor apartments must have an annual income of less than $23,500. Rent for a bachelor apartment will be $583.

Tenants eligible for a 1 bedroom apartment must have an annual income of less than $32,000. Rent for a 1 bedroom apartment will be $801.

*Income limits and rental rates are as per the MHRC guidelines.

APPLICATION FORM

After completing form, please submit proof of income with your application. This could be a copy of your EIA budget letter, copy of your income tax summary or Option C proof of income for all people in your household.
